This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is framed in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and applicable RBI guidelines and regulations.

It describes:

  • The information collected from you (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your” or “User”) when you visit or use our Platform,

  • The manner and procedure of collection of such information,

  • The use, storage, and disclosure of the information collected,

  • Your rights and choices with respect to such information, and

  • How SECURE ONE LOAN INDIA LLP (hereinafter “ONE LOAN INDIA”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), including its online platforms — www.oneloanindia.com and the ONE LOAN INDIA mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), handles this data.

This Policy constitutes a legal agreement between You, as a User of the Platform, and SECURE ONE LOAN INDIA LLP, the owner of the Platform.

By using our Platform and voluntarily providing information, including but not limited to personal and sensitive personal information, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as per this Policy.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not access or use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Platform. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

1. Eligibility to Use the Platform

You may use our Platform only if:

  • You are a natural person,

  • You are a citizen of India, and

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

2. Collection and Storage of Personal Information

All Personal Information collected from Users is securely stored on servers located within India.
We use reasonable security measures to prevent loss, unauthorized access, theft, or misuse of your data.

However, no transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and you understand that you are sharing information at your own risk.
We are not liable for any unauthorized access due to:

  • Transmission errors,

  • Acts of third parties, or

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Personal Information We Collect

To provide you with a smooth and secure experience, we may collect the following personal information:

A. During Registration:

  • Full name,

  • Date of birth,

  • Mobile number,

  • Email address,

  • Address with PIN Code.

B. For Loan Application Processing:

With your explicit consent, we may collect the following additional details required by our RBI-approved lending partners:

  1. Education details,

  2. Details of parents,

  3. House ownership details,

  4. Salary account details,

  5. Primary bank name,

  6. Employment details and years of experience,

  7. Income details,

  8. Current and previous employer names,

  9. Duration of employment with current employer,

  10. SMS Data – This app periodically collects SMS data (e.g., sender names, SMS body, received time) to analyze income and spending patterns, helping us evaluate creditworthiness and provide higher limits/faster approvals,

  11. Location Data – Collected once to verify your address, check serviceability, and prevent fraud. We do not track location when the app runs in the background,

  12. Device Data – Information about your device model, operating system, and user profile to prevent fraud. We do not collect sensitive identifiers like IMEI or serial number,

  13. Installed Applications – Periodically collected to improve personalized services and credit risk assessment. This data is securely shared with our trusted partner FinBox. You may opt out at any time,

  14. KYC Documents – Including one-time camera access for selfies/photos to verify identity,

  15. Any additional information required by RBI-approved lenders.

Important:
We do not access files, media, contacts, call logs, or biometric data on your device.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information

A. With Lending Partners:

Your personal information is shared only with RBI-approved lending partners to process your application, strictly with your explicit consent.

B. Marketing & Communication:

By registering on the Platform, you authorize ONE LOAN INDIA (including affiliates and partners) to send you:

  • OTPs,

  • Service notifications,

  • Promotional emails/SMS,
    even if you are registered under DND/DNC/NCPR services.
    You can withdraw consent anytime by emailing info@oneloanindia.com.

C. Third-Party Service Providers:

We do not sell or share your information for commercial purposes.
However, certain third-party service providers (e.g., hosting services, analytics partners) may access information strictly to support our operations.

5. Right to Withdraw Consent

You have the right to withdraw consent or request deletion of your personal information anytime.

6. Data Security

We implement the highest security measures, including:

  • Encryption (SSL) for data transmission,

  • Secure cloud hosting on Amazon Web Services (AWS),

  • Firewalls and access control mechanisms,

  • Regular audits to maintain compliance with applicable laws.

However, no system is fully secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

7. Data Retention and Destruction

  • We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law.

  • Other information may be anonymized and used for analytics.

  • Once retention is no longer required, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

9. Amendments to This Policy

This Policy may be updated periodically to comply with changes in RBI guidelines or other legal requirements.
Updates will be communicated through the Platform.

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India, and governed by Indian laws.

11. User Compliance

  • ONE LOAN INDIA will notify users at least once annually of any changes to its rules, privacy policy, or user agreement.

  • If a user violates these terms, ONE LOAN INDIA reserves the right to:

    • Suspend or terminate access, and/or

    • Remove non-compliant information from the Platform.
