Terms and Conditions

In consideration of SECURE ONE LOAN INDIA SERVICES LLP

(herein after referred to as “ONE LOAN INDIA”, which expression shall include where appropriate its affiliates, successors and assigns), the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as amended, supplemented and/or superseded by ONE LOAN INDIA from time to time.

Scope

These Terms and Conditions/Terms of Service apply to any kind of loan including but not limited to the following loans:

  1. Personal Loan

  2. Vehicle Loan

  3. Consumer Loan

  4. Other Loans [viz. Gold Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, Marriage Loan, Medical Loan]

Agreement

These terms of use (hereinafter the “Terms”) establish an agreement between ONE LOAN INDIA, having its principal place of business at:

and you (the user), and shall govern your use of ONE LOAN INDIA’s proprietary risk evaluation and measurement software system (“ONE LOAN INDIA System”) and the services rendered by ONE LOAN INDIA (“Service”).

Supplemental terms may apply to specific services, for example, arrangements for a specific occasion, movement or promotion, and such supplemental terms will be disclosed in relation to the appropriate Service(s).

Amendments

SECURE ONE LOAN INDIA SERVICES LLP may, at its sole discretion, amend the Terms from time to time. Amendments will be effective upon posting of such updated Terms or policies. Continued access or use of Services constitutes your consent to be bound by the updated Terms.

1. Eligibility/Condition Precedent

ONE LOAN INDIA may grant or continue to grant the loan to the borrower if the following conditions are fulfilled:

  • You must be at least 18 years old (if an individual).

  • You must be duly authorized (if a non-individual).

  • You must be solvent.

  • You must be a citizen of India.

  • You must be a human being (no bots or automated tools).

  • Your application must be accepted by ONE LOAN INDIA.

  • All required documents must be signed and submitted.

  • All primary and secondary evidence must be furnished.

  • No potential event of default must exist.

  • All other conditions as required by ONE LOAN INDIA must be fulfilled.

2. Account Set Up

  • You must submit valid and complete information such as name, address, phone number, and age.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining your account security and all activity under your account.

  • Only one account is allowed unless otherwise permitted.

  • Data submitted by you may be used in accordance with ONE LOAN INDIA’s Privacy Policy.

3. Service

  • Access to ONE LOAN INDIA System for creditworthiness assessment.

  • You may submit an application (“Credit Facility Application”) for short-term credit (“Advance”) to a licensed partner entity (“ONE LOAN INDIA Partner”).

  • ONE LOAN INDIA is not obligated to reveal its assessment to you.

  • The final decision to grant credit rests solely with the ONE LOAN INDIA Partner.

  • Disputes with the credit partner must be settled directly with them.

Repayment

You must repay the loan with applicable charges as required by the ONE LOAN INDIA Partner.

Collection Authorization

You authorize ONE LOAN INDIA to contact you and others through permissible channels for payment reminders and collections.

4. Network Access and Devices

You are responsible for your internet/data access and device compatibility. ONE LOAN INDIA is not responsible for device issues or internet failures.

5. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use ONE LOAN INDIA Systems for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Misuse the service.

  • Provide third-party access.

  • Post spam or offensive content.

  • Reverse engineer or replicate the system.

  • Upload or share prohibited content.

ONE LOAN INDIA reserves the right to monitor use to ensure compliance.

7. User Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content uploaded or submitted. ONE LOAN INDIA is not liable for any loss or damage of such content.

8. Limited Warranty

  • Services are provided “as is”.

  • ONE LOAN INDIA does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

  • ONE LOAN INDIA disclaims liability except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Confidential Information

Both parties agree to protect Confidential Information disclosed during use of Services. This includes proprietary data, documents, and personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability

ONE LOAN INDIA shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, business, or revenue.

  • Special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ONE LOAN INDIA harmless against:

  • Claims arising from your use of the Service.

  • Violations of these Terms or third-party rights.

  • Regulatory or legal violations.

12. Privacy

You consent to the collection and use of your personal information under ONE LOAN INDIA’s Privacy Policy. Your data may be shared with service providers and stored/processed as required.

13. Assignment

You shall not assign this Agreement without prior written consent.

14. Arbitration and Governing Law

  • Governing law: India

  • Jurisdiction: Courts of Bengaluru, India

  • Disputes to be resolved through arbitration where applicable.

15. Notices

All notices must be in writing and sent to:

16. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

17. Waiver

No waiver of any breach shall be effective unless in writing.

18. Force Majeure

ONE LOAN INDIA shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

19. Other Products and Services Terms of Use

A. ONE LOAN INDIA Marketplace

Acts as a communication bridge between users and sellers. ONE LOAN INDIA is not liable for transactions conducted on the seller’s network.

B. ONE LOAN INDIA Club

Provides access to offers promoted by affiliate partners. ONE LOAN INDIA is not a seller of these products.

C. ONE LOAN INDIA Trade

Connects users to partnered trading apps in real-time.

D. ONE LOAN INDIA Rewards

Referral program offering Rs. 50 for each successful referral. Subject to change or cancellation without notice.

20. Credit Card & Financial Services

User consent is given to share information with partnered financial institutions for services like credit cards. ONE LOAN INDIA is not responsible for decisions or data use by these institutions.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, including all supplements and referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement. ONE LOAN INDIA may modify the Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the official site or app.
