We want every customer to have a smooth experience. If you have a complaint about our service, our team or how your information was handled, please let us know and we will work to resolve it promptly.

How to raise a complaint

• Email us at support@oneloanindia.com with the subject “Grievance”.
• Call us on +91 72800 78005 (open 24 hours).
• Include your name, registered mobile number, a clear description of the issue and any supporting details.

What happens next

• We acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
• We aim to resolve it within 15 working days, and keep you updated if more time is needed.
• If you are not satisfied, you may reply to the same email asking for escalation to senior management.

Complaints about a lender

Loans are sanctioned and serviced by the lender. For issues with loan terms, charges or recovery, please contact the lender’s own grievance cell first. We will gladly help you follow up. If unresolved, you may approach the Reserve Bank of India’s complaint portal at cms.rbi.org.in.
